Phil & Sebastien have opened up in a new location, inside of Holt Renfrew. That’s right, you can now shop for Calgary’s finest clothing with a piping hot cup of Calgary’s finest coffee in your hand.

The combination is a match made in heaven for Holt, making it’s aura just a little bit more alluring. However, we wonder what this means for Phil & Sebastien’s brand. Are they the hip un-institutionalized coffee shop originally found at the Calgary Farmer’s market, catering to the young and green eco friendly crowd, or a high end hoity toity coffee shop catering to Calgary’s elite… Perhaps both?

One thing is for sure, they serve the best coffee in the city, and now in one more prestigious location.
