The last week has brought many new experiences for us. We toasted with the city’s elite at the Wurst grand opening. We enjoyed street inspired food at Tilted Grill, and experimented in Tim Ferriss’s slow carb diet. We were also blessed with a couple of bottles of wine from a new company who has started a wine for water campaign (review to come).

Connie from Charcut is still going strong in Top Chef Canada – we think she wins, although we can’t say for sure.

We reviewed two great restaurants, Caesars – Calgary’s old faithful, and Wurst – Calgary’s newest beer hall.
